I saw Clare after my son was born as I had acute Pelvic Girdle Pain during pregnancy (so bad I was on crutches). I was terrified it would happen again. We spent nearly a year building up my strength again to make sure I was fit enough for my next pregnancy. In my second pregnancy I had no pelvic girdle pain and felt so fit and healthy throughout.

Clare listened to all my concerns and supported me throughout my postnatal recovery with prolapse symptoms and supported me back to the activities that I love.

I met clare eight months after my eldest was born and she listened so attentively to my concerns (despite having been dismissed by other healthcare providers) and actually helped diagnose an umbilical hernia that needed surgical repair. Alongside her incredible knowledge and experience, what also stood out for me was her ability to make me feel heard, to make me feel at ease and to make me feel hopeful about my recovery from diastasis following the surgery. Far from overly-clinical, my appointments with her have been a type of therapy too, and she has continued to be a constant source of support and encouragement since then - and actually become a very close friend!

I’m not in pain! Just wanted to say a huge thank you as this is the first time I’ve not been for 10 months. I should have seen you much sooner. I feel very hopeful about a future without pain

Clare has been amazing, she’s very knowledgable on pre and post natal health and explained any issues that I was having really well. She was great at showing me various exercises to support my growing bump and also my repairing body after birth. She used visual aids to support everything she was telling me, which I believe helped me understand more about my body. Without her support, I wouldn’t have a healthy pelvic floor at 8 weeks post birth. In addition to Clare’s visits, I also attended her ‘All About Mum’ webinar and purchase and used religiously her ‘All About Mum’ cards, which was worth every penny. Thank you for everything.
